= Recipe
1. Brown 1 lb breakfast sausage in a pan. Add 0.5 cup flour and stir to combine. Add 1.5 cups milk and stir to make gravy. Mix in 0.25 cup jalapeño mustard and season to taste.
2. Press 1 can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits into the bottom of a greased 9x9 casserole dish.
3. Add a layer of grated cheddar cheese.
4. Top with gravy.
5. Make 6 wells in the gravy and crack 6 eggs into them.
6. Top with 0.25 cup chives, chopped.
7. Bake at 350°F until eggs are set and casserole is bubbling.
