= Recipe
1. Cook 120 g diced bacon until crisp. Set aside.
2. Whisk 6 eggs and 150 g egg whites together. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Mix 400 g plain all-purpose flour, 420 g low fat Greek yoghurt, and 2 tsp baking powder into a dough. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
4. Divide dough into 8 portions and flatten each. Place egg mixture, bacon, 160 g total, 20%g per pocket low fat grated cheese, and chives on each portion. Fold and seal.
5. Bake at 200°C / 400°F until golden.
6. To reheat: microwave 3-5 minutes (flip halfway), air fryer 5-10 minutes at 180°C, or oven 5-10 minutes at 200°C.
