= Recipe
1. Boil 1 lb pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain.
2. In a pan, heat 1 tsp olive oil over medium. Add 1 lb cooked boneless chicken, cut into pieces, and 2 red bell pepper, sliced. Add 2 tbsp cajun seasoning. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add 1 pint heavy cream and 1 tsp granulated garlic. Stir until slightly thickened. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat.
4. Add 0.5 cup parmesan cheese, shredded. Turn off heat. Garnish with parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
