1. Combine 1 cup romaine, 2 ears corn (kernels cut off, or one 14oz can drained), 2 avocados (diced), 9 oz grape tomatoes (halved), and 0.125 red onion (thinly sliced) in a large bowl.
2. Whisk together 2 tbsp lime juice, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1-2 tbsp cilantro (chopped), 0.5 tsp salt, 0.333 tsp red chili flakes, a pinch of cumin, and 1 garlic clove (minced, optional) to make the dressing.
3. Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
