= Recipe
1. Preheat oven broiler.
2. Combine 1 lb crab meat, 3 tbsp dry bread crumbs, 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning, and 2 tsp fresh parsley (chopped). Mix until well incorporated, but do not overmix — crab meat should be lumpy.
3. In a separate bowl, beat together 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 0.5 tsp ground dry mustard, and 1 egg. Combine with the crab mixture and mix well.
4. Form into patties and refrigerate 30 minutes. This allows the crab cakes to firm up and prevent them from cracking in the pan.
5. Place patties on a lightly greased baking sheet. Broil for 10-15 minutes or until lightly brown.
