= Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine 1.5 lb ground beef, 1 egg, 1 onion (chopped finely), 1 cup milk, 1 cup dried bread crumbs, 0.25 cup cream, 1 splash Worcestershire sauce, 1 splash soy sauce, and salt and pepper to taste.
3. Place in a lightly greased 5x9 inch loaf pan.
4. In a separate small bowl, combine 2 tbsp brown sugar, 2 tbsp prepared mustard, 0.333 cup ketchup, and 0.5 onion or au jus dip packet. Mix well and pour over the meatloaf.
5. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
