1. Combine 1 cup mayonnaise, 0.333 cup minced dill pickles, 3 tbsp minced shallots, 2 tbsp drained capers (minced), 2 tbsp Italian parsley (minced), 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1.5 tsp Dijon mustard, 0.75 tsp black pepper, 0.5 tsp kosher salt, and 0.25 tsp hot sauce in a bowl. Stir to combine.
2. Let sit 30 minutes for flavors to meld. Use immediately or refrigerate for up to a week.
