= Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Unroll each 1 tube crescent roll dough onto a baking sheet, separating into triangles.
2. Add 0.5 tsp basil pesto to the wide part of each triangle. Place half a mozzarella stick and a few diced heirloom tomatoes on top. Gently roll up and place on the baking sheet.
3. Melt 1 tbsp butter with 1 tsp garlic and 1 tsp parsley. Lightly brush over the croissants.
4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden. Serve with garlic marinara for dipping if desired.
