1. Whisk together 0.5 cup mayonnaise, 1 tbsp harissa paste, 0.5 tsp smoked paprika, 2 garlic cloves (finely grated), 1 tbsp lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste. If you prefer a thinner consistency, whisk in 1-3 tbsp water until desired texture is reached. Serve as a dipping sauce or spread.
