= Recipe
1. Make the seasoning mix by combining 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp cumin, and 1 tsp paprika.
2. In a bowl or bag, combine 800 g cubed chicken breast, 1.5 tbsp minced garlic, double the seasoning mix (2x), 20 g honey, the juice of 1 whole lime, and 1 tbsp cilantro. Marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.
3. Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes until golden and cooked through. Lower the heat, then add 20 g butter and 10 g honey and toss to coat.
4. Make the sauce by whisking together 100 g yogurt, 100 g light mayo, 50 ml hot sauce, 20 g honey, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, and the juice of 0.5 lime.
5. Serve chicken over 140 g per serving cooked rice with the sauce on the side.
