1. Cut 1 block tofu into 1-inch cubes. Brown 0.25 lb ground beef in a skillet over medium heat with 0.5 small onion (diced). Drain any excess fat. Add 1 packet House Foods Mapo Tofu Sauce, the tofu cubes, and 0.5 cup frozen peas. Gently stir to coat. Simmer for 5 minutes until heated through. Serve over steamed rice.
