1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat 8 oz cream cheese (softened), 1 cup blue cheese dressing, 0.5 cup shredded cheddar, and 0.5 cup Buffalo wing sauce in a bowl until combined.
2. In a separate bowl, slightly mash 1 15-oz can cannellini beans (drained and rinsed) with a fork, leaving some texture. Fold the mashed beans into the cheese mixture.
3. Spread into a pie pan or baking dish. Top with the remaining 0.5 cup shredded cheddar and 1 tsp fresh chives (chopped). Bake 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips or celery sticks.
