= Recipe
1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook 4 oz spaghetti or instant ramen noodles according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup of cooking water, then drain and return noodles to the pot. Turn off heat.
2. Add 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter, 1 tbsp unsalted butter, 1 tbsp finely grated Parmesan, and 1 tsp soy sauce to the noodles. Vigorously stir for about 1 minute, adding reserved cooking water a tablespoon or two at a time, until the sauce becomes glossy and clings to the noodles. Season with salt to taste.
3. Top with additional grated Parmesan if desired and serve immediately.
