= Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan with parchment paper. Line 20 salted saltine crackers in a single layer on the sheet.
2. In a small pot, combine 0.5 cup packed brown sugar and 0.5 cup unsalted butter and bring to a boil. Once boiling, continue for 3 minutes until a deep caramel color. Immediately pour over saltines and spread to cover completely.
3. Bake at 400°F for 5-6 minutes until bubbly. Remove from oven and straighten any crackers that shifted. Sprinkle 1 cup milk chocolate or semisweet chocolate chips over the top and let sit a few minutes to melt, or spread melted chocolate on top. Cool completely, then break into pieces.
