1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix together 250 g Bisquick (2 cups), 230 g sour cream, 55 g cubed cheddar, and 1 tbsp salt until just combined.
2. Drop onto a baking sheet and bake for 18 minutes, brushing tops with 2 tbsp butter at around 10 minutes.
