= Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Arrange half of 3 large sweet onions (sliced into 1/4-inch rounds) on the bottom of a 9x13-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle with half the 1.5 tsp Cajun seasoning and half the 1 tsp garlic powder. Repeat with remaining onions, Cajun seasoning, and garlic powder.
3. Arrange 4 tbsp butter (cut into 6 slices) on top of the onions. Top evenly with 1 cup shredded Cheddar and 1 cup shredded mozzarella. Sprinkle 0.5 tsp dried oregano over the cheese and top with 0.5 cup grated Parmesan.
4. Bake until onions are tender and cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown around the edges, 35 minutes.
