1. In a small bowl, stir 5 oz canned tuna (preferably in oil, well drained), 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp toasted sesame oil, and 0.5 tsp soy sauce to combine.
2. Add 1 cup cooked white rice (preferably short- or medium-grain) to a bowl and spoon the tuna mixture on top. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, furikake, or chopped scallions, if using.
